  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups roasted (lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. For the chocolate layer, melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together; pour into the dish.
  3. For the nougat layer, melt butter with sugar and evaporated milk; stir in marshmallow creme and Cocoa Pebbles; spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. For the caramel layer, melt caramels with evaporated milk; mix in remaining peanut butter and chopped peanuts; pour over nougat.
  5. Top with melted remaining chocolate and butterscotch chips; sprinkle leftover Cocoa Pebbles on top.
  6. Refrigerate until set (at least one hour) before cutting into squares.
