  • 1 cup runny almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/41 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, eggs or flax eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 22–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out with crumbs for fudgy brownies.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
