Ingredients
- 1 cup runny almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4–1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, eggs or flax eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes until a toothpick comes out with crumbs for fudgy brownies.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
