Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
- 2 lb red potatoes
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Prepare a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
