Instructions
- Boil baby potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender (15-20 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer boiled potatoes to the baking sheet; press each potato gently with a glass to flatten slightly.
