  • 64 ounces Italian dressing
  • 32 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 40 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 green bell peppers, diced
  • 3 red bell peppers, diced
  • 36 ounces sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Cook half of the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Repeat with the remaining pasta.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the cooked pasta with half of the Italian dressing, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and black olives. Mix well.
  3. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer to foil pans for storage and refrigerate until ready to serve.
