  • 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry
  • 1 (8-ounce) container of Tofutti dairy-free cream cheese
  • 12 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • Vegan butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry and soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, leaving a border, and prick the center with a fork.
