- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ½ yellow onion
- ½ green bell pepper
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1½ cups cubed pineapple
- ¾ cup frozen peas
