  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • ⅓ cup melted salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Keeping the rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally and set the top half aside.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish and sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese, then layer pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Add remaining mozzarella over the pepperoni, then place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Brush melted butter generously over the tops, then sprinkle with parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; slice into individual sliders before serving warm.
