  • 23 tablespoons milk (for the glaze)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk to about 120-130°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter or coconut oil, sugar, sea salt, and instant yeast. Mix until dissolved.
  2. Gradually add the flour until a soft dough forms. Knead gently and let it rest covered for about 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread with softened butter or coconut oil and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Roll tightly into a log; cut into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Place in a greased baking pan and bake at 375°F for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix powdered sugar with milk for the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
