  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/4 pounds sliced deli corned beef
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 2/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Egg white and caraway seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out one tube of crescent dough, pressing it into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  4. In a bowl, mix rinsed sauerkraut with Thousand Island dressing.
  5. Layer half the Swiss cheese over the baked crust, followed by corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, and remaining cheese.
  6. Roll out the second tube of crescent dough and place it over the top layer. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  7. Bake for another 12–16 minutes until golden brown.
