  • 1 onion, diced
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sauerkraut, drained
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread drained sauerkraut in the baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Layer cooked egg noodles over the sauerkraut, followed by the beef mixture.
  5. In a bowl, mix tomato soup with water and pour it over the layers.
