  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or 5 tbsp sour cream + 3 tbsp mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Cotija cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the taco sauce by whisking together Greek yogurt (or sour cream and mayo), lime juice, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  2. Season the shrimp with spices and olive oil. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side or until pink and fully cooked.
