Ingredients
- 1 pound Spicy Italian sausage (cooked and drained)
- 12 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 3/4 cups Freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 15 ounce Can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 3/4 cup Pepperoncinis (drained and diced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- Fresh chopped basil for garnish
- Crostini, toasted bread or crackers for dipping
Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, pepperoncinis, and seasonings until well mixed.
