  • 8 oz Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
