  • 1/2 lb wide dried rice noodles
  • 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 810 shrimp, deveined
  • 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Optional: chili crisp or flakes, for heat
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by whisking together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet or wok; sear the marinated steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables in the same pan until tender-crisp.
  5. Add shrimp to vegetables; cook until pink.
  6. Return steak to the pan; add cooked noodles and sauce mixture. Toss until coated and thickened.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
