Ingredients
- 1/2 lb wide dried rice noodles
- 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 8–10 shrimp, deveined
- 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Optional: chili crisp or flakes, for heat
- Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok; sear the marinated steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté vegetables in the same pan until tender-crisp.
