  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 2 small heads of broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot powder mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Steam the broccoli until fork-tender.
  3. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Air fry chicken at 400°F for about 12 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Combine sticky sauce ingredients in a pot and simmer until thickened.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha for the spicy mayo.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice base topped with chicken, broccoli, sticky sauce, spicy mayo drizzle, and sesame seeds.
