  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 6 oz. strawberry Jello
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter; press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix in Greek yogurt and blueberries before spreading over the crust.
  3. Make the cream cheese mixture by beating softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and folding in whipped cream; layer over the blue gelatin.
  4. Prepare the strawberry layer by dissolving strawberry Jello in boiling water; arrange strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer and pour Jello over.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours until set; serve chilled.
