Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy milk and apple cider vinegar; let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Add canola oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
