- Unsweetened nondairy milk
- Nutritional yeast
- Dijon mustard
- Turmeric
- Paprika

- Tortillas
- Vegan cheese

Instructions
- Crumble the pressed tofu into 1-inch chunks.
- In a bowl, mix nondairy milk, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and kala namak until smooth.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add tofu and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes, then stir frequently for about 4 more minutes until golden.
