Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Stir-Fry Vegetables
- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
- 1 cup Trader Joe’s Gyoza Dipping Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add frozen stir-fry vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until nearly tender.
- Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and arrange potstickers pleat-side up in the empty space.
- Fry potstickers for 3 minutes until golden brown on one side. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for another 3 minutes.
- Pour gyoza dipping sauce over the stir-fry and toss gently until everything is well-coated.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
