  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
  • 1 cup Trader Joe’s Gyoza Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add frozen stir-fry vegetables, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until nearly tender.
  3. Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and arrange potstickers pleat-side up in the empty space.
  4. Fry potstickers for 3 minutes until golden brown on one side. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour gyoza dipping sauce over the stir-fry and toss gently until everything is well-coated.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
