- 28 Oreo cookies
- 6 oz dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually incorporate flour and salt before folding in chocolate chips.
- Spread half the cookie dough mixture in the prepared pan, layer with Oreos, then top with remaining cookie dough.
- In another bowl, melt dark chocolate and cubed butter until smooth. Mix in granulated sugar followed by eggs until combined; stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
