  • 1½ tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, pepper
  • Garnish: sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice ahead of time by chilling it overnight.
  2. In a large skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown.
