Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 bag corn chips (Doritos or Fritos)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat canola oil and sauté diced onion until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add ground beef and brown it; drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in taco seasoning.
  4. Mix in black beans and salsa, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
