Ingredients

  • Rotini pasta
  • Homemade Italian dressing
  • Pepperoni
  • Salami
  • Fresh mozzarella pearls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the homemade Italian dressing and refrigerate.
  2. Cook rotini pasta in salted water, then drain and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the warm pasta with half of the dressing, then add remaining ingredients: pepperoni, salami, cherry tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, red onion, and pepperoncini. Combine well.
